TRAINING PEOPLE

TO DELIVER EXCELLENCE

Turn motivation into action. Give your team the skills to implement results-based management, design and run M&E systems, and interpret M&E data. We deliver courses that are tailored to meet your learning needs, through webinars, e-learning and classroom teaching.

    Results Based Management Training

Help to refocus your team on achieving results through training modules that explain how Results-Based Management (RBM) can be implemented in practical terms. Trainees learn how to apply RBM to all aspects of project design and management from theories of change, results frameworks, and logical frameworks through to budgets, work planning and M&E system design.

The training also helps your organisation to manage the resistance to change that often accompanies the adoption of more results-based practices.

Training curricula are based on extensive consultation. Using interactive software tools and relevant exercises and simulations, trainees learn by doing.

We provide classroom and online training in the form of e-learning and webinars. We have provided RBM training to numerous NGOs during formal training programmes or as a part of strategic planning exercises and end-of-year retreats.

Training on Household Survey Methods and Data Management

Enhance the survey design, data collection and management skills of your staff with detailed and practical training on how to design and implement field data collection. Our training focuses on formal methods and techniques for collecting household and individual data, although we also train on Focus Group methods and qualitative data collection.

Kimetrica's training follows a model of end-to-end Data Quality Assurance (DQA) designed to ensure that reliable and meaningful data are collected. We train on all aspects of the design process, from the initial research strategy through to the final data analysis. The training materials also cover the practical, logistical and financial challenges surrounding large survey implementation.

Kimetrica has provided extensive training in the coding and management of large datasets, including metadata, archiving and data sharing / publication methods and strategies. We are strongly supportive of Open Data and have worked with National Statistical Authorities to make it happen.
