Ki-projectsTM aggregation feature allows clients working on multiple projects to group related projects and track the performance of corporate or programme level indicators. Corporate level indicator values are automatically aggregated and calculated by the system based on the data collected by different projects. This functionality allows users to bring together a number of projects for management and reporting purposes.
We understand that large projects have a number of different stakeholders, which is why we designed ki-projectsTM to cater for different perspectives. For example, a donor of multiple projects might have one perspective, a regional manager another perspective, and a programme manager a completely different perspective. Thus one project can be seen from multiple points of view.
